Partnered up with my father when we started this business in the fall of 2004. My entire background before starting our venture was in the Information technology field since 1988. In addition to the computer field experience, have also bartended and managed bars. Needless to say, in both fields; customer service is the key ingredient.

A little personal background; I am a single man with an absolutely well rounded daughter of 13 yrs of age in which I have introduced her into the festival vending business.

 I very much enjoy working festivals, it’s a lot of physical labor, and I get to meet people from all walks of life. I have been known to tease people that walk up to my booth when they are on the cell phone, or just be in a jolly spirit when they order, I believe it is important to help people get away from the stresses of life, and pass on the good cheer; it’s a festival, have a great time.

What I also find important is common courtesy not only with customers, but other vendors, and the staff that organize these events. I have always been a strong believer in “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” What’s important? Customer service, friendliness, and provide a delicious and unique product. Oh an enjoy life to the fullest without hurting others.
